My main objective is to support clients in finding the best, most qualified executives; to develop their leadership capacity and to build long-lasting commitment to the business for the purpose of continuously increasing the company’s success.

Since 2006, I have been advising companies - both nationally and internationally - in their search and selection of managers as well as the filling of positions on advisory and non-executive boards through direct search. My consulting service includes formulating strategic and conceptual questions for human resources work as well as designing and implementing evaluation measures, personnel development, salary/compensation advice, personnel marketing and on-site guidance during organizational development.


Based on many years of experience with the leadership of internationally and nationally operating firms and family enterprises, I am able to adequately consider and address the diverse requirements of each client–in the search and selection of leadership personalities and in consulting on strategic and conceptual human resources matters.

Executive Search

I personally carry out the client’s Mandate – from the first briefing by the client to the successful conclusion of the contract with the selected candidate. I support the decision making process while also taking into account the interests of my clients and the candidates.

My cross-industry approach opens up the possibility for creative solutions outside the narrow confines of a particular field or branch.

The decisive factor for success - apart from the candidate´s capacity for leadership and subject expertise - is his or her compatibility with the company culture. I put special emphasis on this critical success factor and let my performance be measured by whether or not the recommended candidate was able to make a longterm contribution to the success of the firm.

Strategic Human Resources Management

Depending upon the company´s situation, strategy and business cycle, specific challenges may arise for the leadership teams and also for the human resources concept that was dovetailed to these circumstances.

Safeguarding the development of the company by means of a foresighted human resources policy is the key to the long-lasting success of my clients.

Based on my consulting expertise and many years of experience in the area of strategic and operative human resources, I work together with my clients to customize strategies for the following issues: obtaining new personnel; team management; personnel development and commitment to the company; compensation and bonus scheme structures for executives, and optimization of human resource processes and instruments.
